(1) Our store adopts a unified charge, which is estimated and automatically displayed on the checkout page. It is based on this and is shipped by SF Express. Regardless of residence, business address or SF self-pickup, the first 1kg is HKD 30, and every subsequent 0.5 kg + HKD 7
(2) If you choose to pick up your parcel at an SF Express pick-up point, please complete the pick-up within the time limit specified in the pick-up SMS sent by SF Express (usually 24-48 hours). Regardless of whether the order has free shipping or not, customer is responsible for bearing the overtime charges incurred by SF Express, if any, and it will be collected by SF Express.
