SAUF is the new brainchild of Filippo Sorcinelli, founder of UNUM and tailor to the Pope. A passionate organist as well as perfumer, Filippo decided to launch SAUF as an attempt to capture the soul-stirring fusion of incense and church music in fragrance form. Each of the three perfumes in the SAUF collection is inspired by individual organ stops on the Grand Orgue of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris -- one of the most celebrated organs of the world.
