(1) Our store adopts a unified charge, which is estimated and automatically displayed on the checkout page. It is based on this and is shipped by SF Express. Regardless of residence, business address or SF self-pickup, the first 1kg is HKD 30, and every subsequent 0.5 kg + HKD 7
(2) If you choose to pick up your parcel at an SF Express pick-up point, please complete the pick-up within the time limit specified in the pick-up SMS sent by SF Express (usually 24-48 hours). Regardless of whether the order has free shipping or not, customer is responsible for bearing the overtime charges incurred by SF Express, if any, and it will be collected by SF Express.
(3) Remote Area Surcharge for Home Delivery :
Based on shipment: HKD 10/shipment.
How to pay: Cash on Delivery.
Note 1 : Where the self-collection service is selected for remote areas of Hong Kong, the “Remote Area Surcharge for Home Delivery” will not be imposed.
Note 2 : Some remote self-pickup services may incur an additional Remote Self-Pickup Surcharge. Please refer to the details below for the applicable charges.

Charge per shipment: HKD 5/shipment.
Pickup locations: SF Express partner points, SF Express self-service lockers.
Applicable areas: Lamma Island, Cheung Chau.
Payment method: Cash on delivery upon pickup in Hong Kong.
